Terms of Service
Effective July 5, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RecordFlow, a medical-records organization service operated by S2Reason LLC ("RecordFlow," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
The service
RecordFlow reads medical records you upload and organizes them โ primarily by sorting pages into chronological order by date of service โ and returns an organized document. RecordFlow is a document-organization tool for law firms and their staff. It is not a provider of legal, medical, or clinical advice.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- You represent that you are authorized to upload the records you submit and to have them processed for your legal work.
- You will use RecordFlow only for lawful purposes and will not upload material you have no right to process.
Accuracy and professional judgment
RecordFlow uses automated processing, including AI/OCR, to read and order records. While we work to make it accurate, automated output can contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing the organized output before relying on it. RecordFlow does not replace the professional judgment of an attorney or paralegal, and we make no warranty that the output is complete or error-free.
Billing
- RecordFlow is offered on a prepaid basis: you purchase credits, and processing a case draws against your balance.
- Payments are handled by our payment processor. Purchased credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase.
- Prices and packaging may change; changes apply to future purchases.
Data retention
Records you upload and the output we generate are automatically and permanently deleted 30 days after processing, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for downloading and retaining any output you need within that window.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, S2Reason LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the service and its users. You may stop using the service at any time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
